An introduction to my main artist that will feature across all three of my media practical pieces.

1. My Artist Profile:
My frontcover image will be of a young, bubbly and smiley teen. Itwill be a
medium close up, so the audience are able to see her facial expression, hair,
make-up and the top of her costume. This would attract my Target audience as
they would look at the image on the frontof my magazinefront cover for
information and style tips.
The name of my main artist is ‘Kayla Kole’ she is a VMA winning success, who
won her firstVMA award at the age of just16!She is a huge aspiration for the
young teens of today who look to her for style tips and tips on how to follow
their dreams of being the best they can be! She has recently turned 17 and all
eyes wereon her when she had her 17th
birthday party alongsidesome of
Britain’s and America’s biggest celebrity artists such as Justin Bieber, One
Direction, Little Mix and Ariana Grandeas they wereall invited to the big party.
She will be positioned in the centre of the frame, as this is a convention of
magazines for the artist to take up mostof the frontcover. Italso makes the
magazine look more professionaland would attract morepeople to look at my
magazine. She will be standing in frontof a plain white background to make
her stand out more and to make her bright clothing appear more striking.
My model will have her hair down and in loose blonde curls. Shewill have
natural make-up, only wearing mascara to makeher eyes glow and open them

2. up to reveal the colour. She will be wearing bubble gum pink lip gloss to make
her appear girly and feminine, so she is able to relate to my target audience.
The pink will also make her smile stand out more, highlighting her happiness
and her fun personality. She will be wearing a crisp white coloured camisole
top, to attract attention and to add to the fun and brightness of the pop genre
yet will add to her innocent youthfulness.
The same model will feature on both my contents and double page spread to
ensurea clear symbiotic link is featured throughoutmy magazine. This gives it
a senseof continuity and makes it look professional. Shewill wear different
clothing however to reveal the different styles of her personality.
Additional images will be presented through my magazine to ensurethere are
lots of different things to look at. Itwill also portray how my magazineis full of
gossip, colour and excitement. Itis also common for magazine frontcovers to
feature severalimages on the front; therefore it is important I do not break
these conventions.
