The three photographs above best represent how I want my advertisement to be seen. I like the soft
smooth look it gives and I really would like to show this through my production as I think it looks
feminine and summery. If I were to film inside (during some scenes) I will have to make sure I have
planned the lighting and know exactly how it will turn out, whereas the majority of my filming will be
done outside so I will have to make sure that I film when the weather is appropriate. This may alter my
filming schedule and actor’s time.
The two images above are some ideas I have in mind. As my advertisement is an anti-realist one it has allowed me
to be creative and imaginative. The first image on the left describes how commercial I want my advert to look like.
You can easily tell the image on the left has been thought through as there are so many connotations this
photograph brings to mind when people look at it. This is how I would like to display my sequence by almost
leaving ‘clues’ for the audience to pick up on and realise without seeing the company’s logo/ theme tune that is a
perfume advertisement. The image on the right is a photograph I found online. This image basically describes some
camera techniques I may use. I would like to film underwater at some points just to make my advert different and
could possibly use a fish eye lens.
The three images above are images I would like to interpret in my advert. They are all very summer and use pastel
colours. It presents a soft innocent film to the shot type which I would like to do during my production.
The photographs above indicate natural scenery. I would like my advert to be extremely controversial but also at the
same time create a natural emotion. These images are more than likely to be shown through my advert at different parts.
The images above basically describe how I want the audience to feel when they watch my advert. To me these images
come across fun, free and entertaining. I would like to incorporate this into my production by making my
advertisement fun and enjoyable to watch, especially as music videos out today are very glamorous and ‘expensive’
looking. Also the colours used in photographs above are very diverse and abstract, I personally feel that this would
work well with my advert as it draws attention to the audience and is amusing to watch.
The image on the left best describes what my advert will consist of. At some point during my advertisement I would
like Gee (main actress) to be seen in a field with hay bales and flowers; this justifies the theme of summer greatly. I
would like to see Gee wearing bright coloured clothing maybe red to make the shot stand out and so that it catches
the audience’s attention. The image on the left just gives you an impression of what to expect throughout my
production. The photograph on the right is just an image found online; it best describes the feel and mood of how I
would like my production to come across. Also the colours used in that image are very summery and indie looking.
