4. WHAT IS ANXIETY?
 The American Psychological Association (APA) defines anxiety as
"an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical
changes like increased blood pressure.“
 Anxiety is a often normal and healthy emotion.
 However, when a person regularly feels disproportionate levels of anxiety, it might
become a medical disorder.

 Most students in Pakistan do not study the subject of their interest or the subject
they find most convenient to study in accordance with their mental capacity and
learning abilities.
 Most of the students in Pakistan choose subjects to study which their parents
sought out for them.

 Nowadays, students are faced with bullying
in different forms.

 Bullying has a very intense psychological
effect on children.
 It needs to be identified timely and controlled
with an iron fist
