• Ensuring accommodation securities duties and activity and gaudiness.
• Controlling the smuggling of illegal items and violence, dealing with DM, police, etc. Reporting to higher management about the illegal
ongoing activities inside or outside from company staff.
• Accommodation basis providing first Aid treatment for minor injury for staff.
• Maintain records and observing correct issuance meal coupon to the staff.
• Maintain report or records for incoming and outgoing items from camp.
• Selling wifi codes to staff and Ensure cash management and handover to senior management,
• Keeping notification standard in notice board and updating it.
• Coordinating with other Business units and providing full support.
• Controlling and improving knowledge to staff to control vandalism.
• Reporting to higher management about the illegal ongoing activities inside or outside from company staff.
• Maintain the consumption of water and electricity and reporting daily basis to management.
• Keeping Records and monitoring outgoing waste thing. Eg. Skips, swage, papers,
• Documents Controlling, Record keeping and updating employee record about their accommodation
