sales, geothermal, and power generation. We're also investing in renewables and advanced
technologies.
Responsibilities:
 Handling tickets and application support on day to day basis.
 Interaction with users and weekly discussions on the new functionalities , ticket statuses and
other related issues
 Adherence to SLA, managing the status of the tickets
 Monthly metrics on SLA missed out tickets worked on new developments
 Finding the core area of the issue and customizing the respective business area and making sure
the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints.

Responsibilities:
 • Involved with design and implementation of Demand Planning projects using SCM5.0
• Analyzed the AS-IS condition of the demand planning process. Carried out the TO-BE and GAP
analysis, business process re-engineering and configuration.
• Discussed specific and critical requirements with the client team and discussed what can be
done and what data to be mapped from their legacy system to R/3. Actively designed and refined
integration Data Specifications.
• Set up APO BW Source system, info area, info source and info cube.
• Maintained Storage Bucket and Time Bucket Profiles.
Set up the Demand Planning book, Planning Object Structure, Planning area and macros in the
interactive demand planning. Generated planned independent requirements based on the
customers historical sales data using various statistical forecasting methods of Demand Planning

 Member of off shore Project Supporting Team.
 Responsible for handling tickets on daily basis adhering SLA guidelines.
 Analyzing the Client’s requirement and preparing RFC Document.
 Set up and activated Integration Models for master and transaction data for SNP.
 Worked on CIF Post processing and CIF reconciliation.
