 Provide technical support for estimates during tender periods: prepare and break down items in BOQ for pricing,
preparation of tender document for subcontractor and supplier.
 Monitor site progress and prepare projections to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
 Implement QHSE Systems to ensure that required standards are achieved.
 Ensure cost variation, time extension claims and other records’ log are maintained and constantly follow up.
 Participate in site meetings and periodic checks. Discuss project status and work priority.
 Measure and report on issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements.
 Continually review and set up improvements to current procedures. Introduce changes in existing projects
without disturbing ongoing process, thus increasing output and reducing operating costs.
HVAC Engineering
 Handle development, design and construction of HVAC project ensuring acceptability of budgets and time lines,
conformance to federal and state laws, or adherence to approved specifications.
 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, design calculations, system layouts and sketches,
specifications, schematics and computer-generated reports.
 Conduct jobsite observations, field inspections, or sub-metering to analyze feasibility, design, operation and
performance of equipment, components and systems.
 Review architectural, mechanical, plans and specifications to determine economic, service, or engineering
feasibility. Conduct energy audits to evaluate energy use, costs, or conservation measures.
 Direct installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
 Perform modeling, measurement, verification, commissioning, or retro-commissioning.
 Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions.
 Resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
 Improve technical knowledge by staying abreast with the latest trends in the relevant industry.
