2. Job description
 Design verification and make necessary modification as per client requirement.
 Prepare shop drawing, detailed MEP coordination drawing complying with standards and codes.
 Plan and analyse various construction methodologies and recommend best option prior to
execution at site.
 Estimate and assign the required resources such as man power, material, equipment,
consumables, tools, etc prior to start execution at site.
 Preparation of discrepancies between tender drawing and construction drawing, and claiming for
variation.
 Redesign of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting system as per project requirement.
 Implementation of mechanical activities in coordination with other engineering services.
 Monitoring the work progress and ensure that all mechanical works are carried out as per
specifications, standards and shop drawing.
 Reviewing of the technical submittal from supplier and compare with the specification.
 Attending site coordination and progress meeting.
 Attend the technical issues at site and resolve it.
 Quantities take off, familiar with listing of BOQ and pricing.
