To provide the opportunity for nurses to acquire and implement the knowledge, skills, attitude, ideals and valued essential for the maintenance of high quality of nursing care.
Philosophy of staff development: Believes in the achievement of high quality of health care for the people. Focuses on continuing development of its employee. Believes that education should be designed to promote high standards and effective care. Teaching learning should be dynamic experience and shared between teacher and learner.
