Project management support to the design management teams on a multi-disciplinary Design
Services for TfL Pathway Stages 4 Technical Design to completion of Stage 5 Construction for the
delivery of extension of the above ground ticket hall and associated basement and roof access points
at Tottenham Hale Underground Station.

Project management of GRIP stages 1-3 for the construction of a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange
(SRFI) comprising an intermodal terminal rail and road served distribution units. The SRFI includes
large distribution units with direct rail access from railway main Line.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading the interface between all of the engineering disciplines
• Resourcing forecasting and pre-planning
• Preparation of project proposals and sub-consult’s contracts
• Consulting and liaising with railway infrastructure’s sponsor and engineers

Project management for demolition of a footbridge over railway infrastructure and multi-discipline
GRIP stages 1-8 for D&B contract new access for all footbridge.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop programme and procurement strategy for demolition of old bridge
• Liaise with railway infrastructure's Asset Protection team for approvals and agreement of
demolition plans
• Lead interfaces between stakeholders, client, Network Rail and demolition contractor
• Lead railway possession planning workshops
• Managed multi-disciplinary design for GRIP stages 1-4
• Liaise with 3rd parties for agreements and approval of GRIP stage 4 designs
• Managed procurement strategy for D&B GRIP stages 5-8

Responsible for managing quality of service for significant design packages (RIBA F Civils/ Structural
and RIBA E Architectural and M&E) for railway projects at North Woolwich, Plumstead and Royal
Oak Portals and Westbourne Park Elevated Bus Deck.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide direction and management of engineering staff.
• Processing Work Orders and Early Warnings
• Mobilisation and demobilisation of staff
• Procurement and management of sub-consultants
• Preparation and processing contract documentation
• Managing and assessment of resources levels

Aug 2014 – Mar 2015
Responsible for management of NEC Option C contract for a public agency’s Asset Recovery
Programme.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for £18 million NEC Option C contract administration of Civils works for
emergency recovery of assets damaged during the 2013/14 winter storms throughout 60 sites in the
South East of England.
• Liaising with the ECC Project Manager/ Supervisors, reporting to the agency Project
Managers and client for drafting and management of Project Manager’s Instructions (PMIs), Early
Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Events (CEs).
