Responsible for management of NEC Option C contract for a public agency’s Asset Recovery
Programme.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for £18 million NEC Option C contract administration of Civils works for
emergency recovery of assets damaged during the 2013/14 winter storms throughout 60 sites in the
South East of England.
• Liaising with the ECC Project Manager/ Supervisors, reporting to the agency Project
Managers and client for drafting and management of Project Manager’s Instructions (PMIs), Early
Warning Notices (EWNs) and Compensation Events (CEs).
