This document provides an update on the Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Strategic Reservoirs project in Faisaliah, Jeddah. Key details include: - Excavation for Tank #1 is 50% complete - Soil improvement is finished for Tank #3 and approved for Tanks 2 & 4 - Foundation, wall, and piping designs are under review or revision - 394 workers and 76 pieces of equipment are on site to complete the work - The project completion date was extended by 9 months to April 23, 2016.

6. • Finish the soil improvement work for both tanks 1&3
• Finish of installation and commissioning for the batch plant by the
attendance of the Consultant and receive approval for the submitted
calibration report.
• Finish the design for the tower crane location, casting 1 crane foundation
and finish reinforcement for 3 other cranes foundation and ready to cast ,
finish assembly for 2 tower crane and ready for installation.
• Delivery for 4 tower cranes to the site.
• Excavation is running in area of tank #1 and finish about
50%.
• Submit the recovery time schedule by the new dates after notice of
proceeding the work of the project.
• Delivery for the formwork for the wall, Post tensioning material, pipes
material.
• Finish 95 % of site mobilization.
• Finish the first path of rerouting the fiber optic and delivered the Lab to
NWC, Working is running to finish the second path to delivered the
training center.

Foundation design:
• Submit the foundation design (under revision)
Wall design:
• Receive approval for the wall design.
Piping design:
• Receive approval for the “GRP PIPING SPECIFICATIONS UNDER TANK”
• Receive approval for the submitted method statement for pipe
installation and hydro test.
• Receive approval for the method statement for the dewatering system.
• Received some information for the hydraulic and electrical
design, still some minor information is missing to complete
the required design.
