I successfully directed the design of the QCA
project through planning, building regulations,
tender and construction stages
● Managed a team of six design and technical
staff, co-ordinating the design of the
specialist consultants as Design Leader
throughout the project
● Succeeded in achieving BREEAM Excellent
rating for the office design - includes natural
ventilation, night time cooling, rainwater
harvesting and ground source heat pumps in
conjunction with chilled beams
● Effectively managed discharge of all planning
and building reg's conditions including
negotiations with statutory bodies, against a
challenging programme
