 From the GoS’s inquiry as the starting point, building concepts for a new container harbour at Paramaribo. Prepared a project
proposal for a floatingcontainer harbour,includingthedesign specificationswith an investmentplan all based on the conceptual
plan. This plan is by the authorities of Suriname, agreed during the Selac meeting to be financed via several investment funds.

 Prepared parts of the 400 MW LNG regasification and power plant proposal at Suriname.
 Made a new conceptual approach for the expansion of the international AirportJAPI at Paramaribo.Prepared the final proposal
to be brought into the Selac meeting to be funded by the investment funds.
 Prepared the complete projectproposal for a 270 km doublerail track reachingfromthe Bakhuis mountains to the Paranamsite
at the Suriname river.

 Providing project management services and technical expertise for an international engineering and trade consultancy firm
owned by 3 brothers from Suriname and operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, Suriname and Sudan.
 Prepared a complete project proposal for a job involving 700-kilometres of sewage pipes in Khartoum, Sudan, including a
design,fixed job price,proposed FIDIC contract for the government and a projectplan for total organisation fromengineering
prior to building of concrete factories and all other necessary facilities.
 Formulated a feasibility study for a light-rail track between Paramaribo and Lelydorp in Suriname,identifyinglikely ridership,
project costs and financing options.
 Conducted several sustainableenergy studies,evaluatingoptions includingwind,biomass,photovoltaic solar and small- scale
hydroelectricity units as well as a pre-feasibility study for an ECO project at the nature park Brownsberg in Suriname.
 Studied the feasibility of a sustainable softwood-harvesting project, including upgrading the durability of the soft wood, in
Suriname.

 Directed design and execution of a wide variety of civil works and infrastructure for a private development company, from
site preparation through construction and completion, for an expansion of the city of The Hague to include8,500 houses, a
