2009 - 2016
Concentrix: more than 6 years experience managing different accounts, from a Sales
oriented account to Financial Data Entry as well as a Technical account and finally a
Customer Service account.
During my first year at the company I was a call center agent soon was promoted to
Quality assurance agent, one year later I was promoted as manager for this account.
Sales account, team in charge of renewing software products for an outsourced
company. As a manager I was in charge of making sure all processes were followed
correctly as well as the team´s productivity (sla’s).
Financial Data Entry account, this team was in charge of inputting financial data from a
bank statement to an online application. As the account´s first manger I created all the
necessary reports in order to provide visibility to the client. Also created the quality
assurance process.

As formal manager I was in charge to maintain the highest quality standards, technical
