Overview of the process involved:
Ernst & Young Global Talent Hub is a centralized single unit in India which coordinates between the Global
coordinating office and country offices located around the Globe. This team is a part of Tax team at EY. This team
supports all the tax teams of situated around the globe and assist them in billing for their services and raising
invoice to clients
My Responsibilities and highlights:
• Coordinate with the EY tax teams around the globe on a day to day basis
• Review the billing templates sent by the tax teams to validate the services performed as per the SOW and
approve the billing.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and also basic knowledge in macros and computer programming languages
• Prepare the bills for these templates and request the tax teams for invoices
• Validate the invoices and approve them to be billed.
• Prepare the final invoices to Client on a monthly basis and sent to Client contacts for payment.
• Coordinating with the client coordination office specific to each client and serve as a bridge between the
tax teams and global office.
• Involved in implementation of new clients to the team with client requirements analysis and process
formation.
• Involved in training associates in the process and monitoring their work.
• Working as the point of contact in India for the clients I am handling.
