2. Customer Service Experience
Pizza Hut: Provided timely, friendly and quality service to customers and resolved
customer complaints immediately. Many customer complaints were resolved at
customers’ residences without the presence of management.
Quality Inn: Handled customer complaints regarding room reassignments
Inventory Experience
Pizza Hut: Assisted shift managers with counting inventory throughout the store when
scheduled to work during the opening or closing shifts.
Marathon Signs: Inventory checks were performed weekly in order to determine how
many signs were to be ordered and constructed.
