 Coordinating with cross-functional teams across US and Canada
 Offering technical expertise in identifying, assessing and developing effective procedures which meet business
requirements
 Dealing with high priority tickets and ensuring its closure and providing RCA detailing technical and process issues and

Synopsis: The project included consolidation of all applications to one single datacenter in Hong Kong which
was spread out all across Asia and Europe regions. Managed coordination, planning, designing,
organizing and rehearsing before actual implementation. The migration activity was performed in
parts considering the volume of data and criticality of the applications.
Deliverables:
 Rendered assistance for Oracle Databases and auxiliary for DB2 databases
 Managed onsite knowledge transfer to India for Oracle and DB2 (Problem history, technical know-how, migration, support)
