design should be determined

• General Instruction of Liner Hanger Operation
 Make sure the well is ready for liner running
 Make up floating equipment as liner design required
and continue to casing running
 Make up liner hanger and last casing connection
 Continue with drill pipe to running
 Perform circulation before entering open hole
 Perform circulation when reaching the bottop
 Set the liner hanger when everything is in place
 Release setting tool
 Perform cement operation and drop the plugs
 Swell the packer and test if required.
 Pull out of hole the drill string.

  • 45. 45 Liner Hanger Operation • General Instruction of Liner Hanger Operation  Make sure the well is ready for liner running  Make up floating equipment as liner design required and continue to casing running  Make up liner hanger and last casing connection  Continue with drill pipe to running  Perform circulation before entering open hole  Perform circulation when reaching the bottop  Set the liner hanger when everything is in place  Release setting tool  Perform cement operation and drop the plugs  Swell the packer and test if required.  Pull out of hole the drill string.
