games was recognized as a mental disorder with addiction centers
providing an addiction detox to video games. The majority of these
game addicts that come in to these treatment centers are
teenagers and young adults. The problem doesn’t help itself as now
mobile phones are creating new gaming apps and mass
gaming companies are making hand held consoles so people can
take their games on the go. some addicts take their gaming to the
extreme with negative and angry moods if they don’t sooth their
gaming needs. This problem needs a solution as the more time
people play video games, the less time they have to learn skills such
as socializing and staying fit which can ruin chances of relationships
and jobs which is not good for a modern day society.
