Presently working with RIYA TRAVEL AND TOUR INDIA PVT. LTD. (Gurgaon) As a Project
manager and Sr Sales I.T. from June 2012 to till date.
Job Involved
Joined as a Sales Executive and responsible for sales of an Online Portal Riya Connect in whole Delhi NCR
and after 1year company introduces 2 new products API and WhiteLabelling. Now I was responsible for sales
of these 2 new products along with Riya connect. After 1 year i.e. in 2014 got promotion and now shifted to the
Core Sales of the company where I was responsible to sell all the product that our company offered (Airlines
ticketing, Visa, Hotel, Forex etc) along with API and whitelabelling. After 1 year i.e. in June 2015 I was
responsible for selling of an API and whitelabelling in East India, West India and North India. In Oct 2015
promoted as a Project Manager for Global API and Global B2B portal (Initially we are targeting 7 countries
including USA, Canada, and U.K.)

finished products to retailers and consumers.

Synopsis In the above research we have studied the Technical architecture of the organization which focuses
on the IT infrastructure shaping toward organized industry, to achieve the high productivity level ,
removal of wastage achieving , minimize its supply chain, flow of work, developing a scale and
quality control.
IT- enabled Business Process Up-gradation scheme. Comparison between Pre and Post
Implementation of Technology using As-Is, To-Be analysis. By using PESTEL analysis tool, we
have tried to find out the importance of technological factor on the organization with reference other
