 Leading briefings with HR team
 Coordination with departments( finance-marketing-logistic-IT…)to improve , skill-
up- realize
Targets of strategy map of the company
 Ensure communication benchmark guidelines and motivations program and
reporting employee surveys (social mentoring)
 Leading negotiations with social-partner
 Manage and Evaluate turnover rates
 Follow up general reporting to the direction
 Reporting work force demand and evaluating deficits
 Manage Recruitment operations( enhance selection tools- selection-interview face
to face- stuffing
 Perfecting trainings program
 Evaluation of test time
 Leading learning and development as Trainings program and supervising trainings
matrix of all personal and proposing the E-learning matrix of the company
 Supervising administration processes,
 Ensure loans and life’s conditions
 audit and analyze dysfunctions if exist of any administration action
 HRMIS(adaptation with human resource management information system and
recommend HR tasks to the IT department)
 Boosting Performance of appreciation system operations (reward and benefits)
 Follow up organization chart and succession plan and identifying potentials
 Files personal management as requested bay regulation ( rights/duties)
