HR Business partnership is HR function that
liaises between HR and other business units .
in TADAWI mainly a champion who work closely
with Retail's senior leaders , Regional managers ,
Area managers in order to develop HR agenda
that closely supports the overall aims of Retail
and consequently all the organization.
3. (HRBP) is a strategic partner that aligns Retail sector business
objectives with employees and management .
(HRBP) acts as a link to Retail management on Human Resource
related issues. (Recruitment- Performance Management –
Training management )
(HRBP) assesses , Plans and anticipates Retail–HR related
needs. Communicating needs proactively with HR department
and business management.
(HRBP) is a champion and change agent (Develop rewarding
Systems – Activities and Events -Career Development plan ).
Proactively acts with HR department and business management
through different files (Policies and procedures -Retail
Employees suggestion – Retail Survey management – Exit
Interview)

4. HRBP seeks to develop integrated business solutions.
HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to
deliver value added service to Retail sector .
Example : (Induction – new joining pharmacists reception )
HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about
the business units financial position, its mid range plans, its
culture and its competition.
Position Summery
5. Conduct weekly meetings with respective Retail Department.
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when
appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop
solutions, programs and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts
effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-
day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring
regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as
needed/required.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line
management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary
actions).

6. Works closely with Retail to improve work relationships, build
morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires , promotions, transfers.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures,
workforce planning, succession planning.
Identify training needs for Retail sector levels Pharmacists –
Area Managers- Regional managers etc.
Participate in Organizing , evaluation and monitoring of success
of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are
met.
