About four years ago, I started watching the Walking Dead to impress a guy that I liked. Luckily,
I dropped the boy and started avidly watching the show without his influence. Presently, I still
watch the series religiously and have not heard from said boy in years. It s probably for the best.

3. Methodology When selecting the appropriate research methods, it was important for me to
carefully consider the approaches that would best fit my research in order to reach meaningful
conclusions. I decided to choose approaches that I see fit around my research topic and would
ensure I achieve the results to come out of my research. As (Walker, 1985, p.46) advocates that Just
as recipes are not simply things that are done to food, but become concepts within which method
and substance are compounded. Methods in research can become an intrinsic part of the project.
The methods we choose are, in this sense, there to be tested, just as much as the substantive

The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Incident was a tragic event that occured due to poor safety
precautions. It occured in New York City on March 25, 1911 on the eighth and ninth floors of
the Asch building and it is the deadliest industrial disaster of that city and it also considered one
of the deadliest in US History. The factory normally employed about 500 workers, mostly young
immigrant women, who worked nine hours a day on weekdays plus seven hours on Saturdays
earning 2 dollars for a 14 hour work day. Several events led up to the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory
Incident. Many workers were demanding shorter hours, better pay, and safer shops, so they
formed a labor union. However, the owners did not want to succeed to the labor union s pleads
and demands because they were terrified that unions would diminish their authority over the

demands because there was a lot of strikes in companies and they needed their workers for the
