This document summarizes the results of an audience survey about music preferences. 2. As you can see in this print screen it is showing how many female and male
took part in this survey. As you can see majority were female and least was
male. In this print screen you can see that over 50% of females took part and
only a few percent over 40% were male. In this print screen you can also see
that 12 people were male and 16 people were female. This has made it
easier for me to understand as percentages can sometimes be difficult to
understand.

3. What age group are you In?
As you can see in this print
screen many of the people
who have answered the
question are aged 18 – 24 and
a very small amount are aged
65-74.
As you can see it is easily
shown that only nine people
have answered this and
majority,(20) have skipped this
question.

4. However we have also included a comment box where people
could just type their age if it doesn’t match with the options

Having this commenting box
allowed us to explore what age
group most people who
answered our survey are in
between.

music our audience like.
 We included a comment section
rather than an option section as
it is more interesting knowing
what type of music our audience
actually like.
 we think if we had a selection of
options, e.g’rmb’’hiphop’’jazz’etc
then out audience will select any
rather than stating thee one they
actually like and we may not had
had the type of music they like.
 This is why we chose to have a
commenting box.

we are getting responses from our

easier for us to see what music
genre most people listen to.

 As you can see most people
commented ‘rmb’ and only one
person commented ‘Bollywood.’
