Initial school magazine from the start of the as media course

2. • Over this past year I have become more skilful throughout the course. I have used
various different technologies that have enabled my overall music magazine to
have a more professional and precise look rather than the basic look I created
prior to this. I have used softwares other than photoshop to produce my end
products such as indesign that have allowed me to make a more realistic product
that could be sold in an real environment such as a music store.
• Prior to this course my products had been displayed to a niche audience within the
school of an audience just over 1000. Since then i have learnt how to use market
research and research into existing products to create a professional looking
magazine that meetings the demand of my realistic indie target audience music
fans.
• On top of this my magazine has a new worldwide potential audience due to the
fact I have set up a blog that can be blogged by anyone.
• I have spent a lot of time during this course researching into typical conventions of
music magazine to ensure I have included all of possible features to make my
magazine an aesthetically pleasing, adventurous and professional looking product.
