In the last decade, we have witnessed
some fundamental transformations in
business. Digitization of business has ush-
ered in innovative business models, busi-
ness processes, and organizational struc-
tures. Not all companies, however, have
been able to successfully cross the chasm
between the old and new paradigms. A
big reason why many companies fall by
the wayside despite their intent to adopt
the new paradigm, is the lack of under-

We, at KNOLSKAPE, have come up with an innovative software simulation called Change
Quest for addressing this vital issue. Change Quest is a dynamic, true-to-life software sim-
ulation that helps managers learn the strategic and tactical aspects of change manage-
ment in a hands-on manner, thereby increasing the chances of success in implementing
transformational projects.
