TRANSFORMATION TEST IMPLEMENTING A TRANSFORMATION PROGRÀM The Transformation Test should help the teams and management have strategic conversations and measure progress on the topics of innovation, business models and transformation. The Transformation Test is a tool to help implement a transformation program within your company.. The Goal of the Transformation Test is to find a way to measure and manage the company’s innovation and transformation capacity.
