    MarketFX structures its engagements to align with its client’s business context and needs.

    •Project Based: Fixed price with max hours based on a specific project scope. Typical
    for engagement less than 60 days in duration.

    •Retainer Based: Monthly retainer priced on specific scope of work outlined by CEO or
    executive. Typical for 3-6 month engagements. Best when there are multiple projects or
    initiatives to support.

    •Advisory Services- Broad based engagement of 6 months or greater. Typically
    includes sales acceleration, strategic partnership development and on-going operational
    support scope. Compensation is a blend of retainer and performance incentives.
