headsets used as part of a communications solution for Video Chat and Voice over IP
(VOIP).
Refocused the business on the growing Enterprise market and developed a Microsoft
branded solution strategy around a one-stop shop for hardware, services and support
complimenting Microsoft’s leading internet based communication services including,
Microsoft Lync and Skype, growing product line revenues in the Enterprise Channel
by more than 200% year/year.

Hired from the outside to start the IP Licensing business within Microsoft Division – changed
the thinking from a legal driven initiative to a Business driven program productizing technology
via marketing and business development.

with mobile ISVs and handset IHVs enabling mobile users to print in hot spots as a “pay to print”
service from their cell phone. This was the precursor to today’s HP e-print mobile printing
solution for consumer printers.
Led a multi-company collaboration between HP Printers, PCs, Broadcom, and Cisco-Linksys around
a single pushbutton home WiFi network solution, trademarked as Secure Easy Setup (SES),
delivering a differentiating “better together” solution across the portfolio of HP wireless
printers, PCs and Linksys routers.
As a Group Product Line Manager, Expanded the inkjet printer product category into new
