Duration on iCow : 210 days
Khalifa has 1 cow and 1 calf. On joining iCow he built a good shed for his cow and changed the way
he looked after her due to his increased knowledge on vaccinations, diseases, feeding and hygiene.
The cow used to produce 4lt but now produces 6 lts and both she and the calf look very healthy.
Later he built better housing for his 10 kienyeji chickens and now plans to increase the number to
meet the demand of eggs in his area.
20. Farmer Name: Thuo; County:Kiambu; Duration on iCow: 2.5 years; Learned about iCow: Brookside
