This document describes a proposed mobile app and service called Church-Taxi that connects volunteer drivers with passengers needing free rides to church. The service allows churches to register and pay a monthly subscription fee. Volunteers from each church can then provide rides to those requesting transportation through the app or over the phone. The goal is to help people get to church services who otherwise may not be able to drive themselves.

9. Church-Taxi is a ride sharing software application that will give people without reliable
transportation a way to get to church services free of charge. We will do this by getting
individual churches to register with the app so that their church is advertised as well as their
specific service times each week. Registered churches will get members to volunteer as
drivers willing to pick up people on their way to church each week.Those volunteer drivers
will be connected with people who are in need of transportation to church when those in
need open the Church-Taxi app, select the church and service time they wish to attend, and
request a ride. Once a ride is requested, volunteer drivers will be alerted, shown the pickup
location of the person requesting a ride, and be given the opportunity to accept the
request. Once the request is accepted by the volunteer, the two people will be connected
and shown information about the person they are connecting with in order to avoid
confusion about who they are connecting with at the pickup location
Our service is an alternative method that achieves the same goal as our mobile application.
For those who do not want to use our mobile app, the can call our customer service phone
number to request a ride. Our customer service representatives will take down their
information, and contact volunteer drivers meeting the criteria until the request is
accepted. Customer service will relay the passengers information to the volunteer so that
the volunteer can contact the passenger in order to confirm that they have accepted the
request and discuss details of the ride.

Each Church will pay a monthly subscription fee for access & use of our
mobile app and/or service.
Pricing Model
The monthly subscription fee will be $1,000 per month. (May vary
based on size of church population)

$12,000 gross revenue per year.

11. We will begin by registering churches in Palm Beach County with a large
elderly population to use our phone call service. South Florida’s large
retirement population makes it a perfect market for this service.This will
provide us with data proving our success that will be used to make sales
in the future. This will also provide us with cash flow that can be used to
support the business.
Once we have data proving our success, and the app is functioning
flawlessly, then we can use this these to sell subscriptions to more
churches in the Florida area with larger & more diverse congregations. I’ll
also implement a referral program where churches will receive additional
advertising on the app in exchange for referring another church that
registers to use Church-Taxi.
Once we have successfully implemented both our product & service
throughout Florida, we will expand sales into Georgia & gradually target
churches throughout “The Bible Belt” of America.
We will market our company and it’s success through all social media
outlets, as well as our company website.
