EPM  Being busy shows you are good at your job  The amount of time you spend on something in itself defines how important that thing is  Time management tools are the answer - it’s just you who struggles with them  Multi-tasking is real  Multi-tasking is a good thing  The more time you spend on something the better the output or outcome is  ‘To Do’ lists are to be completed  You have to answer, or file, every email  You get recognition for juggling lots of things  You are amazing because you always say ‘Yes’ to everything you are asked to do.  Working long hours means that you are really good at work Lets bust some Time myths © Gold Heron Ltd 2018 17 You cannot manage Time, you can only manage your use of it.
