  • 2. Leadership • As Director provides the Academic & Administrative leadership & Management
  • 3. Monitoring and Evaluation • Monitoring and evolution is made time to time, round taken during lecture period , Direct sitting in class room if required. Monday to Monday weekly test. • Student feedback
  • 4. Monitoring and Evaluation • Free time faculty (Max. 2/3) takes round in other dept for cross checking which faculty is reaching late or not taken lecture from morning till last lecture every day.
  • 5. Monitoring and Evaluation • Daily HOD’s takes meeting of all faculties of 5 Mins only for job assignments and departmental related matters discussed. A departmental register is maintained by each HOD here.
  • 6. • After 10 Mins. registers from all departments comes back to Director chamber. • Here Director gets the whole information of institutes daily.
  • 7. Planning •Planning for the development of the institute like launching of new courses
  • 8. Promotion •Promoting Workshops and Seminars and Industry Institution interaction.
  • 9. Placements •Improvements in students placements by consulting companies by our own resources apart from departments efforts
  • 10. Consultancy services & Technology Transfer •Provides consultancy services and Technology Transfer for the institute/students from other renowned organizations
  • 11. Consultancy services & Technology Transfer •like HCL/Autocad : C/C++/AUTOCAD/PLC/ SCADA/ETHICAL HACKING & CYBER CRIME
  • 12. Networking • Providing a milestone in establishing networking with other institutes and agencies at the regional/national level for affective development of technical education activities Like MTU Noida,GBTU Lucknow.
  • 13. Social Activities •Organizes Social activities like Blood Donation Camp, Campaign against AIDs.
  • 14. Admissions •Improvements in admission by applying logic for admissions.
