Monthly analysis and validation of the milk margin as reported on the financials, sales variances analysis, down grade production analysis, plant yield analysis, and direct material usage analysis. Weekly preparation and presentation to the Whey Management team a weekly financial snap shot to include an overview of plant yield performance, sales variances, and milk margin trends.Training CompetenciesSafety Annual completion of OSHA Regulatory training.
