I am a highly self-motivated Warehouse & Transport Manager with excellent communication and
organisational skills developed through 15+ years of varied experience in inventory control, warehouse
management, transport and distribution in a highly disciplined, controlled and regulatory environment.
I am an experienced people manager with a track record in communicating across the organisation,
particularly in relation to the regulatory requirements of wholesale distribution.
I am comfortable working as part of a team or as an individual subject matter expert, using my own
knowledge and experience to drive initiatives. I have excellent attention to detail and high level of

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Pulse Logistics, Clonmel 1998 – present
Pulse Logistics is a medium-sized logistics Company with approximately 200 employees and three
independent depots (Clonmel, Longford, Dublin and Cork). I have been managing warehousing and
distribution for Clonmel site (230,000 sq ft), leading team of approx. 35 employees. I am reporting
directly to the General Manager.
Transport Manager 2009 – 2013 and 2014 - present
Responsibilities:
• Company Haulage License Holder
• Be responsible for the efficient and cost effective operation of the fleet to include shunting
• Monitor diesel usage by vehicle and maintain record of all issues
• Monitor and file Drivers’ Tachographs
• Responsible for the optimum and effective use of equipment
• Provide various reports as required to the Senior Management
• Ensure that all Legal Compliance (HPRA, ISO, RSA) are in place and up to date

Responsibilities:
• Manage all movement of goods on site
• Adjust and reconcile stocks on system so that actual stock matches the system
• Double check and investigate all cycle count variances and establish reasons for same
• Ensure stock is rotated by BBD / FIFO
• Supervise returns process, including medicinal product returns
• Maintain liaison with internal and external customers
• Compile stock inventory and customs reports to Customs and Senior Management
