The Broad Band Multiplay Project includes installation and configuration of UTSTAR switches,
DSLAMs, and Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) used to provide Broadband connectivity to
BSNL customers. BSNL broadband networks provide both Voice and Data service through the same
telephone line. DSLAM accept and separate both DSL Data signal and Voice signal from the
customer. It then sends data and voice signal to the appropriate network through Tier2, Tier1 and
BNG.
Multiplay Broadband Network is designed to deliver real-time services such as

 BBVPN
Contributions:
a) Configuration of BNG Routers, RPR / OCLAN Switches and DSLAMs.
b) Taking care of all the IPTV and BBVPN related configurations and troubleshooting.
c) Integration of various equipments like RPR/OCLAN Switches and DSLAM’s with
BNG’s (Redback Smartedge 800).
d) Upgrading IOS for various equipments like RPR/OCLAN Switches and DSLAMS.

The Broad Band Multiplay Project includes installation and configuration of UTSTAR switches, DSLAMs, and Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) used to provide Broadband connectivity to BSNL customers. BSNL broadband networks provide both Voice and Data service through the same telephone line. DSLAM accept and separate both DSL Data signal and Voice signal from the customer.
