 Managing and solving tickets in Service Now, Remedy.
 Installation of all types of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (2003/2008/2012 Servers)
 Installing applications Software (Tivoli, Symantec, Spunk etc.) under multi-platform

 Patching on prod and Non-prod environment servers.

internally and externally as well. Our responsibility is 24*7 availability of these applications as some of
them are accessed by customers of Level (3) and are revenue-generating applications. We are
responsible for installation, Configuration, Monitoring, Deployments and troubleshooting of Production,
development and Test Environments.
