1. Wintel Administrator + Citrix Admin @ (Singapore)
Preference: - Female candidates
Job Location: - Singapore
Responsibilities:
Operate the support and administration services related to Windows servers and infrastructure
for all the regions within
Perform and report the administration, operation and support tasks and activities – control,
incidents, changes… - on the Windows servers and infrastructures, following the standards
procedures and respecting the defined process and SLA.
Maintain in operational condition the Windows servers relying on the external partners
operating them in Asia.
Participate to the evolutions management and technical project around these infrastructures
Support L1 and L2 support calls
Requirements:
Strong and relevant experience in Windows administration and support is expected for at least 5
years (monitoring, account and groups’ administration, system & network configuration,
backup, patch and anti-virus operations…)
Proficiency in Windows Server (2003 and 2008), Active Directory, File & Print Services, Terminal
Service, Citrix…
General technical knowledge in systems and network infrastructures , ITIL concept knowing
Good customer service, communication, able to work both with autonomy and in a team with
initiatives, responsible and rigorous.
