3.  Take care of monthly release security patches by taking the proper downtime window
from all teams and we used to send for smoke test before and after deploying the
patches

 Monitoring the ESX server’s resource (CPU, RAM and data store) utilization and
maintaining with in threshold value by migrating the virtual machines to different

and Hard disk by raising the change request and getting the approval from
application owners for the downtime
 Provisioning the VM depending on the request and getting the Capacity
management approval prior to start the deployment using the templates

applicable patches and standard application that we will be using for deploying
the new virtual machines.
 Managing of VMware servers.
