Unfortunately, I’m not a gifted or talented person. I have very few qualities going for me. I am not a good problem
solver. By this I mean that given a problem it would take me a long time to overcome it or I wouldn’t overcome it
at all. I’m trying to improve on this by practicing problem solving on a daily basis. My first point ties in with my
second. Tenacity, if something gets way too hard for me to handle I end up stopping before I give myself a
headache and throw up. Due to my first and second point my efficiency is low; I am trying m best to improve on
these factors by practicing these types of situations. When it comes to teamwork, if I’m working in a group with
people I’m comfortable with and familiar with then I’m exceptionally good at working in a team. However, if I’m
in a group with people I don’t know then I’m bad at teamwork due to personal reasons. I am working on improving
my effectiveness in a team. My self-presentation is good; I present all of my work to a good standard and make
sure that I am always looking my best. I do this by making sure all of my work is spelled correctly and uses correct
punctuation. My confidence isn’t all that good; I struggle in situations that are socially orientated. I’m trying to
overcome this issue by practicing my social skills. My ICT skills are mediocre, I struggle with the more
complicated programs and, just like everything else, and I’m a slow learner so it takes me a while to learn how to
use software and to gain the basic skills. My communication skills are good, only when applied to a situation
where I am comfortable around the people I am conversing with. If I am not that comfortable with the people
around me I will find it extremely difficult to converse. I am trying to fix this issue by practicing my social skills.
My creativity skills are second to none. I have a very creative mind; I love to create new ideas and concepts. I
regularly practice my creative skills by thinking of new ideas for books, stories and TV shows. I am only let down
by my ability to remember them and stick to the initial idea. I’m a very innovated person, I like to generate new
ideas and putting them into practice. Being different and creating something no one has ever seen/heard of or
thought of before gives me a sense of accomplishment and self-pride. I create new and unique things almost daily
so my skills in being innovated are constantly refreshed and improved upon.
