Cooked recipe one
2 cups flour
2 cups water
1 cup salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
Food colouring and essence (optional)

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and cook over a medium
heat stirring all the time to prevent sticking.
2. Remove from the heat when the mixture comes away
from the sides of the saucepan.
3. Knead and store in an airtight container. Will last up to 5
days.

2 cups of flour
1 cup of salt
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of oil
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
Food colouring and essence.

1. Stir ingredients together.
2. Put in microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring half
way through cooking time.

3. Mix until you make a dough

25g Lard (hard animal fat)
1 cup of flour
½ cup water
Food colour and essence optional

1. Rub together lard and flour until all the lard is mixed in.
2. Add water until it forms into a ball of dough.
3. Add food colour and essence in the water in required.
