1. Phrasal verbs.
idiomatic expressions are formed by combining verbs
with prepositions or adverbs.
This results in new phrasal verbs with a very different
meaning than it gives us the dictionary for individual verbs.
2. Phrasal verbs consist of a verb and a particle that can
be a preposition or an adverb. They have identified
four types of phrasal verbs. In the four definitions use
the term to refer to adverb particles they can be
placed in various positions within the sentence.
