6. Search Methodology Needs Assessment: We consider this stage as a pre-requisite to our recruitment process. We understand about the profile of the desired candidate through the job description and the key responsibility areas of the given requirement. We also try to understand the expected role played by the desired candidate in the organization. After a thorough analysis of the requirement, we compile information about the competitors, compensation structure and the future growth for the given position Research Strategy System: Based on the brief shared by our client In this stage we work out the action plan by mapping the industry. Taking Take references from our contacts and searching search candidates through our database. Thus through these three sources we search the desired candidate. Strategy Review: We hold regular review sessions with our clients so that we understand whether we are on the right lines and if need be necessary corrections are made. We also provide feedback to the clients on how easy/difficult it is to get the desired profile in terms of required time, compensation etc.

Search Methodology : Prospective Candidate Identification: Through industry research potential candidates are identified using the expertise of our database, references, contacts and executive search. Candidate interviews and evaluations: The senior consultants carry out preliminary interview and assess the candidate’s interest levels and fitment to the given vacancy along with other information like personality, leadership style, whether he would suit the client’s culture, and above all technical competence for the desired profile. Presentation of short listed candidates to clients: After conducting the preliminary interview, we prepare a summarized report in a format given by the client or if no particular format is specified we submit the report in our own format. The report elaborates on the feedback and the findings.

Search Methodology : Client Candidate interview: We coordinate at all stages right from telephone interview, video conferencing, to organize personal interviews till the time the candidate joins clients organization. We also offer assistance in negotiating the compensation part prior to the formal written offer. We counsel the candidate on the formalities of resignation from the current employment. Reference Checking: We always help our client by carrying out reference checks provided by the candidate and also check with the third party references from our side as it allows us to throw better light on the hidden information. Search Completion: Post appointment, we maintain contact with the client as well as the candidate to ensure the candidate’s successful integration into the organization. We maintain high levels of confidentiality throughout the process until we are satisfied of the candidate’s viability as per our client instructions.
