A family of five was observed having breakfast at a café. The mother told the 4-year old son, Ammar, to eat his food multiple times as he struggled to cut his pancakes and kept eating fries from his brother's plate. Ammar asked for coffee but his mother told him to finish his pancake first. The family then paid the bill and left quietly without helping Ammar finish eating.
