At work place, managers usually
contrast/differentiate the employees
performance with the other employees.
1. it can arise conflicts between manager & employees. (and
between the employees as well)
2. The employees can get feel jealous with each other.
Due to which:
• They won’t get motivated anymore.
• Diminishes Enthusiasm towards work.
• They will leave their jobs, the turn over rate will get high.
