Cathie is the Office Manager for ROCG Americas which
is an international professional service and consulting
firm with offices throughout North America, Europe and
the Asia Pacific region. ROCG is the only international
firm specializing in the areas of business transition
strategy, finance and operations for privately owned
and emerging growth enterprises.
As the Office Manager for ROCG Americas Corporate
Office, Cathie manages the day to day operations for
the corporate office and administrative support to our 9
offices throughout North Americas. Duties include:
• Reporting directly to the CEO, 10 principal
partners, and providing support to regional office
administrators within 9 locations throughout
North America.
• Scheduling appointments and travel itinerary for
the CEO for local and international travel.
• Keeping management informed by reviewing and
analyzing special reports; summarizing
information; and identifying trends.
• Maintaining corporate office efficiency by planning
and implementing office systems, layouts,
equipment procurement, forms and record
management, print management and product
ordering.
• Leading, creating and evaluating all marketing
efforts including organizing, supervising and
writing content for webinars, company websites,
written materials, emails, newsletters, social
media, meetings and supervising/proofing all final
results.
• Organizing and coordinating promotional events for all locations, including travel, hotel and
meeting room arrangements. Also arrange all monthly board meetings, quarterly partner
meetings and monthly regional business owner’s workshops.
• Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures;
measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensuring top quality support to clients of ROCG Americas in payment processing, file
management, and phone/email support.
Cathie continues to work under pressure with a high level of integrity, flexibility and accuracy.
Cathie’s prior work experience includes working for a multi-million dollar print company as
Finance and Marketing Assistant providing payroll assistance for 100 employee company,
managing accounts payable, ordering office supplies, creating promotional advertisements in
print and email, making travel arrangements and arranging/proofing the yearly print catalog.
Cathie is currently the Varsity Coach of a local high school dance team. Cathie and the dance
team are a fundamental part of the local community, volunteering for many social causes,
performing at high school sporting events and competing at area dance competitions.
Cathie has been married to Mike for over 20 years and together they have two daughters. She
enjoys spending time together with her family camping, riding quads or any outdoor activities.
