Successfully completed a Master degree in Human Resource Management and a member of
charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), prior to that, I had also completed
successfully an intense Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Has recently gained experiences working in the HR departments of LeadCapital PLC and with
Hyde Group; am familiar with the HR systems - and practices – best practices and best fit.

 Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing
program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing
exit interviews; recommending changes.
 Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending
human resource policies and procedures.
 Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval
system; keeping past and current records.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.
 Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law
or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
 Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan,
