program, fatigue management program, and mentorship program.

Oversaw the execution of the corporate strategic plan. Responsible for all Organizational Development activities
including but not limited to leadership development, designing performance management tools and creating

development and implementation. Oversaw project management as it related to strategic initiatives, the library as an
