Designed and implemented organizational effectiveness tools and processes to create capacity at all levels in the
organization. Tools and processes included, but were not limited to performance management, talent management,
progression matrices, leadership development, soft skill development, the development of a corporate diversity
program, fatigue management program, and mentorship program.

NORTH YORK GENERAL HOSPITAL 2012 – 2013
Oversaw the execution of the corporate strategic plan. Responsible for all Organizational Development activities
including but not limited to leadership development, designing performance management tools and creating
organizational effectiveness at all levels. Led the current engagement survey process, including action plan
development and implementation. Oversaw project management as it related to strategic initiatives, the library as an
academic learning hub, and diversity to enhance the values of the organization.

UNIMOTION-GEAR 2005 – 2008
Implemented and maintained training matrices for every department noted as a strength during ISO audits.
Worked with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on workforce planning strategies. Developed an
