Investment Plan
Our investment plan comprises primary capital needs for the foundation and operation of the
business. The plan also includes initial marketing and sales promotion expenses.
Break-even Analysis
The break-even analysis will show how earnings rise as a function of sales. We cannot predict this
at this time as we do not have the numbers. However, we understand that similar online video
sharing companies are showing a 700% return from ad revenue. So, the break-even point is the
point at which revenues from sales cover total costs (fixed costs and variable costs rising with
sales).
If the break-even point is not achieved in the long run, the business loses liquidity and may become
insolvent. This requires that a critical amount of revenues must be generated. At a sales revenue of
$4,500,000.
Liquidity Plan
Revenue estimates and costs are simulated from a standard normal distribution. Cash is constant at

The growth rates of the whole company are expected to be very strong in the
next 18 months. Revenue and profitability for the company is reliant on,
among other things, the level of acceptance of the company’s digital
technology and features in national and international markets.
The company will proceed with the strategy of increasing revenues by cross-
selling to an existing customer base, in the form of online video advertising
models, both bundled service/features, application packages and individual
additional services as they become available.
We intend to sell programming to traditional television stations, sharing in the
ad revenues from our concepts. We plan to come up with new targeted ad
campaigns to fit in with the programming. It is another pioneering deal in the
world of online video.
