SPE IT Data Center Operations,Production Control Program Development                        2001 to 2005
Conceived, planned and directed implementation of a department within Data Center operations specializing in critical
production support for all of IT byinstituting a customer service culture leading to highest user satisfaction level.
Designed first IT documented process and procedures guidelines and implementation strategies. Managed all
production infrastructure implementationsas well asdesign of and all facility services related to the data center,such as
provisioning and procurement of all system hardware and software.
    Worked with development teams and stakeholders to successfully design and deploy enterprise-wide programs
    such as enterprise-wide Change Management, Production Status, and Production Acceptance processes.
    Directed, planned, scheduled, and coordinated all software/hardware deployments at corporate level. post-

Recognizing the vision and need for IT documentation, took initiative in 2004 to begin documenting processes and
procedures for all IT Operations for Sony Pictures. This four-year undertaking led to the design and implementation of
the first IT Policy and Procedures program establishing IT Governance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Remediation policy
enforcement,with measures for the entire organization.

    •   Instituted enterprise-wide audit compliance strategies.
    •   Define governance establishment, program prioritization, business strategy and direction.
    •   Performed and participated on the board for SOX remediation.
    •   Provided high value work products for numerous projects on time and on budget.

SPE Enterprise IT and Office of CIO
IT Disaster Recovery
Managed IT as a business, demonstrated value, and built durable and collaborative business relationships. Successfully
motivated and led both Business and IT infrastructure groups to a positive supporting role achieving enterprise-wide
adoption and participation in Sony’s first operational IT Disaster Recovery program.

    •   Successfully pooled financing from all seven vertical lines of the businesses outside of IT, becoming the first
        Project Manager to ever achieve approval for a single project budget of over $11,000,000.
    •   Managed departments consisting of full time employees in addition to contractors, consultants, off-shoreand
        on-shore workers, and virtual teams.

and implemented opportunities for cost improvement and managed expense budgets to minimize overhead while

    •   Reducedannual costs for a single budget item from $700,000 to $248,000.

    • Design and implementation of first infrastructure supporting enterprise backup and restoration services,
