The male narrator explains different actions, "thus being more active, direct voice than that of a
female." In this show as well, the male is in charge of the activity. These two shows are only a small
insight into how the rest of the programming world shows girls being virtuous and motherly. In
commercials, girls are seen playing games like ‘Pretty, Pretty, Princess' and ‘Barbie'. Viewers
rarely see girls in the sandbox digging holes with construction toys such as dump trucks and packos.
Also, women are more likely to be in some sort of serious romantic relationship or married. On the
other hand the romantic status of most male characters is not known. These virtuous images not only

TV Rating Research
The main purpose of doing this research on the relationship between fantasy football participation
and TV rating is if playing fantasy football helps influences people to watch televised games of the
National Football League (NFL). The main reason of me doing this research is because I truly
believe in this study and I have past experience of being part of the human beings that have helped
the NFL on their TV ratings.
With this research topic I will be answering three research question. My primary research question:
Does having a high percent of NFL players that are in starting lineups spark an increase in TV
ratings in those games? Second research question: Having NFL players that are on high winning
teams increase TV ratings? Third research question: A game with a small margin of victory increase
TV ratings.

ratings in those games? To find results you have to look at players that were starting in fifty percent
to ninety percent of leagues. Also need to look at results from Sunday night football, Monday night

questionnaire. With an interview, I am only learning through one perspective, which could be bias
towards their favorite team. The same goes for a questionnaire. Both of these methods would not be
suitable if I was looking at how people react to this particular part in this culture. With participant
observation, you learn through people's reactions and emotions, not robotic written answers. This
way is more personable, which could be a good way to gain positive rapport if one decides on going
to the same event again. Rapport is the relationship with other people, in an attempt to gain trust. I
guess, however, interviews/questionnaires would be better for this situation if you wanted to see the
reactions of the game results for a much larger audience. For example, a questionnaire could be set
